I was born and raised in Jefferson City, MO. I graduated cum laude with my bachelors degree from the University of Missouri, and I just recently graduated from Lincoln University with my masters degree. I have had the opportunity to work for my family while I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. My grandfather started Robo CarWashes, Inc. almost 50 years ago, which has grown into a multi-million dollar business. Working for my family's small business has allowed me to put my business education into practice, and has taught me many things that can not be learned in a classroom setting. I have worked full time the last two years as I earned my MBA. I believe these past two years have taught me the greatest thing of all, hard work and time management. I worked on average 50 hours a week, and was a full time student. My classes were at night and this schedule made for some long days, but by working hard and managing my time I was able to keep my regular work schedule and also succeed in the classroom.
I have been taught all my life that if you want something then you have to be proactive, work hard, and give yourself the opportunity to achieve this. I have seen this mentality with my grandfather who went from an eighth grade education to become a millionaire, and he passed this same mentality down to all seven of his sons who are all successful small business owners. Naturally, being around this type of mentality has instilled this same attitude and work ethic in myself. I give 100% at everything I do in life, and I know if I continue this I will accomplish anything I can dream of.
So now I am ready to begin a new chapter in my life, and am moving to the Denver area. I enjoy going up to the mountains, and have been snowboarding for 10 years. My family and I have always made trips every year up to the Rockies. I have visited Denver several times in the past year, and think the city is absolutely amazing and this is why I have chosen to move to the area. It willl also be nice to be able to go snowboarding whenever I want. I am looking for a position with a reputable company in the area that will help me grow professionally, and I look forward to contributing everything I can to this company.

How do you handle stressful situations?
When I am confronted with stressful situations, I try to handle it the way I do everything. I break everything down into individual problems that need to be overcome. I treat the overall problem as small activities that can be accomplished. This gives me direction.
What is the toughest problem you've had to face, and how did you overcome it?
The toughest decision I have ever faced was to for-go my athletic and academic scholarships my freshman year and transfer to the University of Missouri. I had to give up something I loved, but I knew I would receive a better business education at MU. I ultimately made the best decision for my future
Make my job easy for me. Make me want to hire you.
I have a strong educational background, but my experience as a small business operator has been even more instrumental. If you are looking for someone who is young, energetic, hard working, and will give you 100% all the time then I think we will find a good fit.
What position do you prefer on a team working on a project?
I prefer to be the leader when working on a team project. I feel I am good at listening to everyone and coordinating ideas and people. I understand that everyone succeeds when the team succeeds.
